Types of Land Registry in Turkey (Land Registry)
There are various types of Turkish title deeds according to the nature of the immovable property and ownership. It can be divided into two categories:
- The blue-colored title deed is known as the title deed document that symbolizes that the property is land, that there is no building on it yet, or that the construction of the building has just started. Land plots with blue title deeds indicate that they have not yet been transferred to condominium ownership. Blue ones are issued for real estate that does not comply with the urban planning scheme in Turkey and is primarily used for agriculture.
- The pink-colored title deed document states that there are independent sections approved in the project after the completion of the construction of the property, the usage areas and certain shares of the property. Pink-colored title deeds are given to properties with condominium ownership.
TYPES OF TITLE DEEDS
There are 3 types of title deeds
- Condominium title deed, on buildings that have not yet started construction or are under construction condominium easement The land under construction is registered by the Land Registry Office. A building with a title deed with a condominium easement is registered with the Land Registry Office; therefore, it has an official characteristic.

- Share Deed is an official document that specifies the number and names of the shareholders who have a stake in any property.
How Can I Get Turkish Title Deeds?

How long does it take to get a title deed in Turkey?
The title deed transfer is completed within 3-5 days; payments to the Land Registry Office must be made by the buyer on the last day of the transaction.
