Who sets real estate prices?

 If you are buying real estate in a new project, the price is set by the contractor (developer). Otherwise, property owners can set their own prices. Whether a real estate company is involved in the buying process or not, you will pay the same price for the property. Thus, it is preferable to work with an authorized and registered real estate company in order to take into account the wishes, risks and interests of the buyer.
