A renovated home in a newer neighborhood with an old neighborhood, I have to make a choice between a more modern home. Almost everything I want in a house has the old neighborhood, and much bigger, but what makes more sense as an investment?
Which Would Be Better?
Which Would Be Better? sorusn's answer: if your goal is to second-hand buying and the old neighborhood at the home you are considering is at the upper limit of value to the neighborhood, then you may not be the smartest choice.
To others the price is similar or lower than that, then the pricing should be no problem because according to the local neighborhood should be considered and should not be compared with houses in other neighborhoods (mostly)
Plus, it will make others to be a thriving neighborhood a neighborhood or declining? Due to recent developments, “you did not pay too much” as long as it can be a very good deal.
You a “home” for the value is another thing you should remember you are buying a home and think about this. You and your family in the neighborhood in which you feel most comfortable with yourself?
